Dues cover maintenance of our common areas and amenities, which include expenses for our pool, utilities, playground, lakes, community boat, basketball court, tennis courts, trash pick-up, and streetlights.
Association Dues are due the first (1st) of each month. For payments not received by the fifteen (15th) of the month, we automatically mail a statement to each resident who has not paid by that date. This statement notifies the resident that payment is due, and provides the current balance owed. The statement will include a note stating that if we do not receive your payment by the twenty-fifth (25th) of the month due, a $15.00 late fee will be added to your account. This policy will provide you with a friendly reminder before you incur the late fee.
